Welcome to Car Service Atlanta’s Terms and Conditions page. This document explains our policies and guidelines for luxury transportation bookings. General Policies in Car Service Atlanta Terms and Conditions
- Refunds: We do not issue refunds for rates because all bookings are final. However, we exclude special events from standard pricing.
- Event Billing: We charge hourly for events, such as concerts and sports, using the vehicle charter rate. Transfer rates do not apply in these cases.
- Gratuity Included: We include a suggested gratuity in your total bill for your convenience. Therefore, tipping separately is unnecessary.
- Peak Hour Restriction: Our limousines and buses are unavailable between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays to accommodate peak demand. Consequently, we recommend scheduling outside these hours.
- Airport Service Charges: We require a 3-hour minimum booking for sedans and SUVs on trips from FBOs.
- Additional Fees: We add toll charges, such as those for the Georgia Peach Pass, to your final invoice. Additionally, we disclose these fees upfront during booking.
- Delays Disclaimer: External factors, including weather and traffic, may cause delays despite our efforts to provide timely service. If delays occur, we inform you immediately.
Payment Options in Car Service Atlanta’s Terms and Conditions
- Payment Methods: You can pay using cash, credit cards, checks, wire transfers, ACH, or EFT. However, we apply a 3.5% processing fee to credit card payments over $5,000.
- Booking Requirement: To confirm your booking, you must provide a valid credit card. We pre-authorize 10% of the estimated cost and process the remaining charges after your trip ends.
- Event Deposits: Proms, group bookings, and special events require a 100% non-refundable deposit. Therefore, we recommend booking early to secure your reservation.

- No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited in our vehicles. We maintain clean and comfortable interiors for all passengers. Violators may face additional fees.
- Wi-Fi Availability: We provide complimentary Wi-Fi, but coverage varies depending on the area. Checking availability before your trip ensures you remain connected.
- Refreshments Provided: We include bottled water in sedans, SUVs, and vans. Let us know during booking if you have additional requests.
- Damage Responsibility: Clients cover costs for damages or excessive cleaning after their trip. Cleaning fees begin at $75, while extensive cleaning starts at $350.
Fees and Minimums in Car Service Atlanta Terms and Conditions
- Minimum Booking: We require 2-6 hours for transfers, depending on the vehicle type. Weekend bookings for Sprinters, limousines, and buses require a 6-hour minimum. Planning ahead ensures you meet these requirements.
- Included Fees: Rates include a 20% gratuity, 10% fuel surcharge, and a 20% service fee. These charges are bundled for simplicity and transparency.
- Airport Pickup Charges: Late-night pickups incur a $10 fee. Additionally, international arrivals include a $25 fee with 90 minutes of wait time.
Wait Time and Travel Charges
- Wait Time: We offer the first 15 minutes of wait time for free. Additional time incurs charges in 15-minute increments. Arriving on time avoids unnecessary fees.
- Travel Costs: We calculate trips beyond 30 miles from garage to garage. All applicable fees are disclosed during booking.
- Group Assistance: Greeter services cost $75 per hour, with a 4-hour minimum and a $25 parking fee. Planning ahead ensures a smooth experience for group arrivals.
Cancellation Policy in Car Service Atlanta Terms and Conditions
- Sedans and SUVs: Cancel at least 24 hours before pickup to avoid full charges. Otherwise, we apply the full trip amount.
- Larger Vehicles: Cancel vans at least 72 hours in advance and buses at least 7 days in advance to avoid full charges. Early cancellation ensures availability for others.
- No-Shows: Contact us immediately if you cannot locate your chauffeur. Failing to do so results in a no-show fee equivalent to the full trip amount.
- Behavioral Policy: Unsafe or disruptive behavior leads to immediate service cancellation. We do not issue refunds in these situations.
