Please look at the trip details and reservations. Make sure to check the start time of your reservation, as well as the stop details and any additional instructions or comments.

Terms & Conditions

General Policies:

  • Rates are non-refundable and do not include special events.
  • All events (sports, concerts, conferences, large events, etc.) will be billed on an hourly basis at the rate of the vehicle charter. Transfer rates are not applicable.
  • We have added a suggested gratuity.
  • Limousine/bus transfers are not available between 3-6:00 PM on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
  • We will bill you at your full cost.
  • All airport trips from our FBOs will be priced as 3-hour minimum charters (in sedan and SUV).
  • If you use Georgia Peach Pass / HOT Toll Lane, additional charges will be added to your bill after your trip.
  • We are not responsible for delays due to accidents, road closings, airline delays or breakdowns, weather, traffic, or other conditions that we are not in control of. We will do our best to inform you of any such conditions.
  • You must have a credit card to book a trip. We will pre-authorize your trip and charge you 10% of the total estimated amount.

Once the trip is complete, our billing department verifies the final trip charge for all applicable, additional charges/times and charges the trip to your card on file. Unless other accepted payment agreements have been made, we cannot send you a vehicle without your credit card preauthorization. For new clients, please send your credit card authorization and a copy of your photo ID.

  • Acceptable Payment Options: Cash, Credit Card, Check, Wire Transfer, ACH, EFT.
  • Payment of $5000 or more is subject to a 3.5% Credit Card Processing Fee.
  • We reserve the right to replace the ordered vehicle type if it is not available.
  • We will do our best to get you to your destination safely and securely.
  • Car Service ATL will try its best to arrange for a qualified affiliate partner to chauffeur and drive your vehicle when it is oversold or during busy times, at our sole discretion and without notice.
  • Vehicle’s minimum drop off and pickup hours must be between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. For cars and SUVs, this is 3 hours. For larger vehicles, the minimum drop-off and pickup hours are 6 hours. Charter rates will apply, and trips cannot be split.

Vehicle Policies:

  • We do not allow smoking in our vehicles.
  • We do not guarantee that our Wi-Fi service will work due to coverage restrictions. Some data services, such as video streaming, have been disabled or filtered.
  • We provide free, chilled bottled water for your refreshments in our sedans, SUVs, and vans. Contact us for additional requests.
  • We will charge a $75 clean-up fee for beverage service on our minibusses and coaches.
  • Any damages resulting from the actions of our client, or our passenger(s) will be charged to our client at the expense of the repair and any vehicle downtime incurred.
  • If excessive clean-up is required, including spills of any staining fluids, any bodily fluids, or any odors, we will charge additional clean-up fees for labor and materials for contaminated surfaces, at least $350.

Fees / Minimums:

  • For city-to-city transfers, the minimum hourly rate will be 2-6 hours, depending on the vehicle type.
  • Transfers are not available on Friday-Saturday for all Sprinter, Limo & Buses, with a 6-hour minimum for Buses.
  • All rates are subject to 20% gratuity, 10% fuel surcharge, 20% total surcharge, and $.58 tax on Sedans, SUVs, Vans, and Limo. All rates are included in the total.
  • A $6 airport entry fee is included (passengers will meet inside at the top of the escalator).
  • A $10 airport pickup fee is included for all airport pickups between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
  • A $25 international fee is included (includes up to 90-minute wait time).
  • A $25 car seat/booster fee is included (we do not provide Infant seats).

Wait & Travel Time:

  • Additional Travel time may apply to locations outside of 30 miles and be billed as garage to garage.
  • ATL Airport transfers include:
  • No charge for vehicles leaving the airport no later than 45 minutes after their flight lands.
  • Vehicles leaving the airport after that time will have to pay a fee for the wait time at their vehicle hourly rate.
  • All transfers except commercial flights departing from Atlanta Airport will have to pay for the wait time as follows:
  • The first 15 minutes after the scheduled pick-up time are free of charge.
  • After the first 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time, you will have to pay wait charges at your vehicle hourly rate in 15-minute increments.
  • All private airports will be charged hourly for a minimum of 3 hours minimum.
  • On sedan/ SUV & transfers OR with multiple additional stops, you will be charged hourly.
  • Atlanta (ATL) chauffeur meet & greet – there is no fee for the chauffeur to meet you near the baggage claim for your airline for all sedan & SUV transfers.
  • Arrival procedures for limousines, sprinters & buses arriving on one flight are planned as curbside/tunnel meetings because of parking restrictions.
  • A separate greeter will meet you at your flight’s baggage claim for $75 + $25 Parking Fee.
  • For group arrivals – greet staff will meet you at $75 per hour / per greeter for a 4-hour minimum with a $25 parking fee.
  • In the event of a billing discrepancy with pick-up/drop-off times, vehicle GPS data will be.

Deposit Policy:

  • A 100% deposit must be made 14 days in advance when booking an over-the-road minibus or coach charter.
  • Car Service ATL may change the deposit requirements depending on the number of reservations, groups, or projects.
  • For Proms and Special Events, a 100% non-refundable deposit must be made at booking.
  • The payment schedule for all Groups is as follows: · A 100% deposit is required upon contract execution for securing vehicles for requested dates.
  • The deposit must be made 30 days in advance of the program’s inception. The balance of the deposit is charged to the credit card provided at the program’s completion.
  • If the program begins after 30 days, the payment schedule is 100% (at the time of booking) for securing vehicles.

No-Shows / Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation policies are subject to change.

If you cancel or change the time of your trip within the following guidelines before your scheduled pickup, your trip will be considered a late cancellation:

  • No more than 24 hours before pickup
  • If you cancel your Sedan or SUV within 24 hours of your scheduled pickup time, your trip is a late cancellation, and you will be charged the full amount of your trip.
  • If you cannot find your chauffeur, please contact us by phone to avoid a “no-show” charge.
  • 0-72 hours before pick up, vans, van terra, sprinters, and stretch limousines will be late canceled and billed at your full trip price.
  • 0-7 days before pick up, minibusses and motor coaches will be late cancel and will be charged at your total trip price.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a trip for any unruly, threatening, or unsafe behavior by any passenger at any time.
  • Your total charges will be emailed to you within 48 hours of your ride completion.
  • Please note that rates and minimums are subject to change during major events such as Awards, playoffs, Master’s, final four, and Super Bowl.
